Service Notes
¹ Simple indoor light fixtures only. No crystal fixtures or long assembly. Standard ceiling height (up to 11 ft). No oversized fixtures (e.g., large dining chandeliers).
² Standard ceiling fans only. Flat ceilings (no angled installs). Ceiling must have a fan-rated electrical box and proper wiring. Removal of existing fan included if needed.
³ Standard indoor 15A or 20A, 120V outlets and single-pole light switches.
⁴ 15A or 20A GFCI outlets with clear, easy access.
⁵ Replacement of existing vanity with new vanity. Includes removing old vanity (without disposal), professional installation of the vanity cabinet, sink basin, faucet, and connection to existing drain lines (P-Trap and tailpiece). Professional silicone caulking around the sink for a water-tight finish. Shut-off valves must be in working order. Patching, painting, or flooring repairs if the new vanity is smaller than the old one are not included. Installation of tile or stone backsplashes is not included. Customer to provide the new vanity, sink and faucet.
